Percentage and discount
Shows the percentage amount, the amount after subtracting it, and the amount after adding it. This is not a tax or renewal-price calculation.
Read the formula
Percentage amount = base × percentage ÷ 100. Discounted amount = base − percentage amount. Increased amount = base + percentage amount. For example, 20% of 100 is 20; subtracting that gives 80 and adding it gives 120. Currency is whatever unit your inputs use; no exchange conversion is performed.
Limits
Results are rounded to up to 12 significant digits for display. JavaScript floating-point arithmetic can introduce rounding differences. Verify invoices and official checkout totals separately. Division by zero and non-finite inputs are rejected. This tool does not provide financial advice or store inputs.
